Benchmarking
Preparation for Excellence
Preparation for Excellence is a 'method' aimed at improving the outcome of projects by exercising proactive leadership during the entire course of a project. It is based on the post-assessment Project Excellence (PE) model, which is used for the International Project Management Association's annual awards in combination with the IPMA standard for assessing organisational competence in managing projects. Elm offers this service in Australia and Internationally in conjunction with Mindshift Consulting, our network partner.
The PE model and IPMA Delta® are used as coaching tools preparing organisations that want to review and systematically improve their competence in managing projects. This model is complementary to and could serve as a preparation for an independent IPMA Delta® assessment to get a certified assessment of the organisation's competence in managing projects. This offer optimally prepares the client for an IPMA Delta assessment, and enhances the probability to achieve a good assessment result. Elm provides major practical and analytical experience from diverse projects and leadership competences which they use during the review.
